Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. If you wish to cancel your order, kindly reach out to us at info@charlottegracejewellery.com within 24 hours of placing your order.

Please note that after this window, your order may already be in production or prepared for dispatch. In such cases, we may no longer be able to accommodate cancellation requests.

If you need to update product details or shipping information, we kindly ask that you notify us within the same 24-hour timeframe. Beyond this period, changes may not be possible.

 


 

At Charlotte & Grace, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer an easy return process in accordance with our policy outlined below.

1. Return Eligibility

You may return your item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in original condition

  • Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt)

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.

 


 

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or clearance items

 


 

3. Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of 7USD may apply to returned items, depending on the condition of the product upon inspection.

This fee will be deducted from your refund total.



 

5. How to Request a Return

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide the return address and instructions.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

 


 

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Refund processing time: 7 business days depending on your bank or provider.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs (original or return) are [non-refundable / refundable depending on case]

  • Any restocking fees or handling charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

 


 

7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges.

If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.

 


 

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48–72 hours of delivery with:

  • A clear photo of the item

  • Your order number

We will replace or refund your item at no extra cost to you.

 


 

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take time before your refund is officially posted

  3. Contact your bank — processing time may vary
